Job description:

Role: Lead and execute strategic sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives across multiple channels to attract high-quality candidates, strengthen the employer brand, and build sustainable talent pipelines aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Talent Sourcing, or Employer Branding.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media recruitment, and talent market trends.
  • Experience in campus hiring, government partnerships, or community-based hiring is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement engaging recruitment marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Strategy Development

  • Online Portals: Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed to post and optimize job ads, mine candidate databases, conduct direct outreach (InMails), and attract both active and passive talent.
  • Social Media: Utilize Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X to drive and publish, publish engaging content (static, live, and video), and conduct targeted outreach to attract both active and passive candidates across diverse talent markets.
  • Referrals: Harness employee, applicant, and alumni networks to source talent through direct outreach, expanding candidate pipelines with trusted and experienced referrals.
  • Targeted Solicitation: Re-engage former employees, tap into telco/tech industry talent, and conduct personalized outreach to attract high-value or niche candidates through email campaigns, data mining, and direct sourcing.
  • Networks and Affiliates: Leverage HR associations for referrals, outplacement opportunities and industry, community and industry-specific events and job fairs.
  • Government Partnerships: Participate and engage local job fairs, DOLE led events, partnership for vocational and technical talent.
  • Demographic Saturation (Targeted Location): Distribute flyers, organized localized job fairs and implement referral campaigns in key areas, manage open hiring events with direct screening and selection, set up recruitment booths to business centers to capture walk-in candidates.
  • Network and Affiliates: Leverage HR networks and professional groups to source talent through referrals and shared databases, collaborate with outplacement partners. Represent the company at HR events and conferences to build candidate pipelines. Strengthening local communities through hiring drives, advocacy programs, and CSR-linked initiatives in coordination with Corp Comm and PR Team. Source and engage candidates through industry networks, professional associations, and specialized talent databases.
  • Academe Linkages: Design and manage OJT programs and provide structure and program for conversion to employees in coordination with hiring managers. Acquire graduate lists, mine candidate data, and maintain a talent pool database of fresh graduates for hiring needs.

Channel & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with academe partners, PESO, DOLE, TESDA, industry associations, and community organizations.
  • Manage referral programs (employee, applicant, alumni) and track performance effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor sourcing metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, channel efficiency, diversity reach).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to hand off qualified leads.
