The Partner Marketing Manager leads a team of officers to expand and manage affiliate partnerships, with the goal of driving leads and loan applications. This role reports to the Marketing Division Head.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, while also developing commission structures and providing training materials.
  2. Campaign Management: Design and execute data-driven campaigns in collaboration with other marketing teams to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
  3. Performance Optimization: Maintain partner relationships, use analytics to monitor and optimize performance, and present regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
  1. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or loan consultant handling. Experience in financial services is a plus.
  3. Flexibility: Willing to conduct fieldwork.
  4. Campaigns: Proven track record of designing and developing strategic marketing campaigns.
  5. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  6. Bonus Experience: Experience with OFW communities, influencers, or fintech companies is an advantage.
