The
Patient Correspondence Associate
is an overall interdepartmental liaison to a tertiary hospital based in Thailand. This role will provide pre-arrangement services, appointments, and general hospital services to individual patients and relatives. This role will also cater to foreign clients seeking medical treatment overseas.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Arrange appointments and general hospital services. This includes liaising with doctors, nurses, and related departments necessary for the client's treatment.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services via email
  • Service delivery to include initial medical history taking and coordination of refer-in services to different departments
  • Expected to participate in process improvement, problem analysis, and solution implementation.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Allied-health profession (Midwife, PT, Pharmacy, Psychology, etc.)
  • At least 6 months of clinical experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adept in working with dual screens and with general computer literacy
  • Amenable to working in shifting schedule
  • Amenable to reporting onsite (Makati) during training and transition period
  • Preferably residing within Metro Manila or willing to travel to Makati

The Salary Package starts at 20k depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant work experience.
