  1. Handle inbound inquiries (e.g.,phone, email, walk-ins) and provide information on clinic services to potential patients.

  2. Schedule patient appointments and consultations, ensuring accurate data entry and a seamless scheduling process.

  3. Follow up with potential patients after initial inquiries to answer questions and encourage them to book appointments.

  4. Conduct follow-up calls to patients post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage future appointments.

  5. Assist in managing patient loyalty and referral programs, offering patients incentives for returning or referring others.

  6. Record and manage referral information from healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy in tracking referral sources.

  7. Maintain positive relationships with referral sources by ensuring patients have a smooth transition to clinic services.

  8. Assist the Sales Team in reaching monthly and quarterly revenue targets by effectively converting inquiries into appointments.

  9. Provide information to patients on high-value services and promotional offers as directed by the Sales Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
