JOB SUMMARY:

The Patient Relations Associate is responsible for enhancing the patient experience by resolving concerns, advocating for patient needs, and promoting a positive and harmonious environment within the healthcare facility. This role requires exceptional communication, empathy, and customer service skills.

  • Respond to and resolve patient inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Act as a liaison between patients and staff to ensure needs are met.

  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to resolve issues.

  • Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.

  • Develop and deliver customer service training for staff.

  • Assist with patient and visitor orientation.

  • Provide personalized support to VIP and endorsed patients, including appointment coordination and special requests.

  • Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system through resource connection and referrals.

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.

  • Stay current on hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address patient concerns.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

  • Any tasks or responsibilities assigned to the role from time to time.

-Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
