About the role

Dentaholics Dental Clinic in Makati City Metro Manila is seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our dynamic and growing team. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to our diverse patient population. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners and contribute to the continued success of our state-of-the-art dental clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and develop individualised treatment plans for patients
  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments
  • Collaborate with the dental hygienist team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new clinical protocols and best practices
  • Foster a positive and patient-centric environment, promoting the clinic's commitment to excellence in dental care

What we're looking for

  • Dental degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice dentistry in the Philippines
  • At least 2 years of experience as a practicing dentist, preferably in a similar clinical setting
  • Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care
  • Proficient in the use of modern dental equipment and technologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
  • A team-oriented mindset and the willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
