The Associate Dentist is responsible for delivering high-quality dental care and treatment to patients while supporting clinical operations, ensuring excellent patient experience, and assisting with administrative duties. The role involves maintaining professional standards, compliance with dental regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Support

  • Perform diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and execution of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and minor surgical treatments.
  • Assist in managing clinical cases in collaboration with the Chief Dentist or other specialists.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and clinic safety standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest dental techniques, technologies, and best practices.

2. Patient Care

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while addressing individual needs and concerns.
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care.
  • Ensure accurate patient records, including medical and dental histories, treatment notes, and follow-up plans.
  • Manage patient expectations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions.

3. Administrative Support

  • Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments to optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Support billing, documentation, and compliance with dental regulations and clinic policies.
  • Participate in clinic meetings, case discussions, and training sessions.
  • Help monitor inventory of dental materials and request supplies when needed.
  • Contribute to reporting requirements, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: Php1, Php2,000.00 per day
