Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source applicants through job fairs, online platforms, schools, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads or clients.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements in different recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain applicant database and track recruitment progress.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring required documents are complete.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., PESO, TESDA, DOLE) for recruitment activities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management.
  • Support other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With or without recruitment experience (training provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel for recruitment activities if required.
