We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our business needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the job market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and social media recruiting.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
