- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork.
- Accurately input data into various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify and validate data for accuracy and consistency, identifying and correcting errors.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents by organizing and summarizing data.
- Support other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
