Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish AND English —
Spanish is essential for this role - Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within a company
- Comfortable working 30 hours per week
