Hours: 30 hours/week (Spanish fluency is a must)

We're hiring a bilingual customer support representative who is fluent in both Spanish and English — Spanish fluency is a must. If you're passionate about helping customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to grow personally and professionally, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in both Spanish and English
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate product information clearly and effectively
  • Stay positive and solution-focused under pressure
  • Collaborate with the team and stay up-to-date on company updates and tools
  • Contribute to a supportive, growth-focused company culture

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish AND English —
    Spanish is essential for this role
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within a company
  • Comfortable working 30 hours per week
