- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in both Spanish and English
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate product information clearly and effectively
- Stay positive and solution-focused under pressure
- Collaborate with the team and stay up-to-date on company updates and tools
- Contribute to a supportive, growth-focused company culture
Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish AND English —
Spanish is essential for this role - Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within a company
- Comfortable working 30 hours per week
