Overview Virtual Assistant/Property Management Assistant (Philippines-based). This is an Independent Contractor engagement. Role aligns with Australian business hours (approx. 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday) with flexible time management as a contractor. Role Virtual Assistant / Property Management Assistant responsible for supporting back-office operations of a boutique property management business, focusing on property management systems (especially Resly), bookings, listings, payments, and general administration. Key Responsibilities Manage emails, inquiries, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner Coordinate bookings and scheduling, including direct bookings Process credit card payments for bookings via multiple platforms (website, VRBO, Booking.com) and issue payment receipts to guests Update and maintain property management systems (e.g., Resly) Set up new properties across WordPress, Resly, Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO; continually refine listings Place orders for furniture, linen, amenities, and consumables Assist with website updates and content management via WordPress Produce documents and marketing materials with content and images Provide social media updates for owners' personal brands (including LinkedIn) Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant (experience in property management or holiday letting is a plus) Experience with property management systems (Resly preferred) Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Proficiency with email, scheduling tools, WordPress; Canva skills preferred Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and workflows Reliable, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision Work Arrangement & Expectations This is a remote role set up as an independent contractor engagement.
