About the Role

The client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support both the residential cleaning and auto detailing divisions. As the first hire in this role, you will play an essential part in shaping business processes, supporting daily operations, and driving sales outreach. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a self-motivated approach. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the client’s growth and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Sales Support

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls (primarily to real estate professionals).
  • Set qualified appointments with real estate professionals for the business owner.
  • Generate and qualify leads using scripts and proven outreach methods (material provided).
  • Use provided scripts and CRM tools to manage follow-ups.

Operations & Administration

  • Support virtual daily tasks for both divisions.
  • Assist with client scheduling, communication, and coordination across both divisions.
  • Answer customer questions related to auto detailing when needed.
  • Organize and maintain digital documents and files.

Customer Success & Process Building

  • Follow up with the client’s post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews.
  • Help build and improve workflows and internal systems.
  • Provide proactive solutions to support business growth and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in common office and digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM software).

Mindset:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with sales outreach (training and scripts will be provided).
  • Service industry experience is a plus (not required).
