  • Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. S/he assists with staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. The Assistant Manager ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, resolves customer complaints, and implements operational improvements to enhance the guest experience. S/he also manages inventory, monitors costs, and contributes to meeting financial goals, all while fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Restaurant Manager oversees and optimizes the Front and Back of the House Operations of the assigned café. He / She role models and upholds Mary Grace Foods, Inc's vision, mission and core values and ensures that the customer service model is being executed in the assigned café. He / She manages performance and ensures discipline of team members in the assigned café. He / She ensures that customers are served efficiently with the company's standard of quality, sanitation and consistency in mind at all times.
