What you'll do (your mission)

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end project delivery — from planning to execution and completion.
  • Define project scope, timeline, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Lead regular stakeholder updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Streamline finance processes to drive efficiency and deliver strategic business results.
  • Provide governance and expert guidance in implementing standardized finance processes.
  • Establish frameworks to measure process performance and quantify improvement outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design solutions that address operational challenges.
  • Manage change and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption and long-term success.
  • Conduct reasonableness checks on financial results and data accuracy.

You're the perfect fit if you…

  • Hold a degree in Accounting, Business, or related field with solid finance knowledge.
  • Have 5–7 years of experience across finance processes (AR, AP, R2R, FP&A, or Tax).
  • Bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence, preferably in a financial shared services environment.
  • Possess strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Are confident challenging the status quo and proposing smarter ways to work.
