Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Monitoring & Control

  • Record all incoming and outgoing glass products, supplies, and materials into the MIS system.
  • Ensure stock levels are updated and reconciled daily.
  • Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular system-based and physical inventory reconciliation.

2. Data Management & Reporting

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
  • Provide data analysis on inventory variances, product usage, and stock movement trends.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of warehouse data in the MIS.
  • Maintain and update product codes, descriptions, and classifications in the system.

3. System & Process Support

  • Support warehouse staff in the proper use of the inventory system.
  • Coordinate with IT/MIS department for system improvements, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficient inventory management.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure inventory records comply with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Safekeep and maintain all documents related to stock transactions for reference and verification.
  • Assist during internal and external audits by providing accurate reports and system data.

5. Coordination & Assistance

  • Work closely with warehouse operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate stock information.
  • Support warehouse staff during cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning by providing accurate inventory data to management.

Job Type: Full-time
