Key Job Objective:

The Inventory Manager oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory. They ensure inventory accuracy, maintain stock levels to meet operational demands, and implement best practices in inventory control and management.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective inventory management policies and procedures.

· Oversee regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical and system inventory.

· Ensure compliance with FIFO and other warehouse management standards.

· Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

· Prepare accurate inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

· Supervise warehouse staff in inventory handling, receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

· Implement inventory control measures to minimize damage.

· Ensure proper documentation of inbound, outbound, and stock transfers.

· Verify warranty claims submitted by the Replacement Associate for products with issues.

· Approve valid warranty claims in accordance with warranty policies and guidelines.

· Consolidate warranty claim reports and submit them to the Procurement Manager.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in stock accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and cost reduction

· Consult with the Warehouse Operations Manager regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.

· Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations in relation to this job position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
