GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspect sanitation activities regularly and conduct audits to maintain compliance with company, GMP, and HACCP requirements
  • Ensure building facilities comply with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
  • Implement pest control programs and monitor effectiveness
  • Oversee proper waste segregation, storage, and disposal in compliance with environmental and local government regulations
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized cleaning, sanitation, disinfection, or construction services
  • Oversee outsourced staffs from cleaning, sanitation, disinfection, or construction services
  • Evaluate service providers and recommend improvements in performance and cost effectiveness
  • Provide technical support to other departments requiring facility modifications or utilities connection

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Having a valid PRC license is an advantage, but not required
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or other sanitation compliance standards (preferably in food manufacturing facilities) is an edge, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge in waste management and janitorial practices
  • Knowledge in 3D CADD
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems at hand
  • Willing to report in Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City
