Position Title: Liaison Staff
Department: Administration / Operations
Reports To: Admin Officer / Office Manager
Job Summary
The Liaison Staff is responsible for handling the delivery, pick-up, and processing of official documents, banks, and other offices. The role also includes minimal clerical work such as encoding of receipts and safekeeping of important records. This position ensures that company documents are processed efficiently, submitted on time, and maintained in an organized manner.
- Pick up and deliver official documents to government agencies, banks, and other offices
- Maintain an organized record of submitted, pending, and released documents.
- Encode receipts and other simple records as needed.
- Safekeep and file official receipts, certificates, and other documents.
- Provide regular updates on the status of assigned tasks.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
- At least high school graduate or vocational course graduate.
- Preferably with prior experience in liaison or messenger work.
- Knowledge of basic clerical tasks and record-keeping.
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (if required by company).
