Job Overview:

The Merchandising Assistant provides support to the merchandising team in executing product display, promotion, and inventory activities. This role assists in implementing merchandising plans, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with stores and suppliers to ensure products are well-presented and available. The Merchandising Assistant plays a key role in maintaining store standards and contributing to overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing merchandising strategies and display plans across stores.
  • Monitor product displays and ensure proper inventory levels and visual presentation.
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure timely replenishment and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
  • Support in gathering and analyzing sales and inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Help prepare and organize promotional materials and product displays for campaigns or new launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of merchandise movement, pricing updates, and product lists.
  • Perform store visits as needed to assist in visual display execution and stock checks.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail, or related work is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of basic merchandising or visual display techniques is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
