Merchandising Supervisor

Job Overview:

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the merchandising team to ensure effective product presentation, promotion, and inventory management across all stores. This role involves developing and executing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. The Merchandising Supervisor collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to enhance the overall customer shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to achieve sales goals and maintain brand consistency.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the merchandising team to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company guidelines.
• Monitor product displays, stock levels, and in-store visual standards to ensure timely replenishment and effective product presentation.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to recommend adjustments in merchandising plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers, marketing, and store operations teams to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent execution of merchandising directives.
• Prepare and present reports on merchandising effectiveness, sales performance, and inventory status for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in sales data analysis and trend interpretation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail standards is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
