About the Role

We are seeking a Merchandising Designer to support our retail business in Canada. This role is based in the Philippines and will remotely coordinate with employees and management in Canada. The Merchandising Designer will focus on creating engaging product presentations, displays, and visual materials that enhance the customer experience and support sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design product displays, packaging, and marketing visuals aligned with the brand.
  • Develop merchandising concepts for both in-store and digital channels.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand standards and appeal to customers.
  • Collaborate remotely with marketing, retail, and management teams in Canada.
  • Update and improve store layouts and product presentations as needed.
  • Provide creative input for promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
  • Experience in retail merchandising design or similar role.
  • Strong creative and visual design skills with a good eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
