Job Overview: Visual Merchandiser with Graphic Design Background

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser with a strong background in graphic design to enhance the in-store and digital brand experience. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual displays that align with marketing strategies and brand identity, while also producing visually compelling graphic materials to support campaigns and promotions.

The ideal candidate combines a keen eye for aesthetics and trends with technical skills in design, layout, and branding. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and store operations to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Design and install window displays, signage, and in-store layouts in line with seasonal themes and brand guidelines.
  • Create graphics for print and digital use, including posters, banners, point-of-sale materials, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visual coherence across campaigns and store presentations.
  • Analyze merchandising performance and make adjustments based on customer behavior and sales data.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising materials are up-to-date, appealing, and reflect the latest trends and brand aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising and graphic design, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, typography, and spatial planning.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php75,000.00 per month
