Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer, located in Parañaque. The Visa Officer is responsible for processing visa applications, reviewing documentation and conducting briefing as necessary. Their job involves assessing seafarer's eligibility for visas based on immigration laws and regulations. Visa Officers communicate with seafarers, embassy staff and other stakeholders to provide information, guidance and assistance throughout the application process. Their role is critical in facilitating international travel by efficiently and effectively managing the seafarer's visa application process.

  • Analytical skills for assessing applications and making informed decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to details and ability to handle complex information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
