About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visa Officer to join our team at UNO Adventure & Holidays' in Iloilo City, Iloilo. As a Visa Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their visa applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. This is a full-time position, and you will be based in our office located in the heart of the city.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients throughout the visa application process
  2. Review visa applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  3. Liaise with relevant authorities and embassies to obtain necessary approvals and clearances
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all visa-related activities
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest visa regulations and requirements
  6. Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Visa Officer or in a similar administrative role
  2. Excellent knowledge of visa application processes, regulations, and requirements
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using various online platforms
  6. A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and a commitment to professional development
