Job Responsibilities (Responsible, Assisting, Participating):

  1. Manage subcontractors, construction materials, and mechanical leasing suppliers, maintain relationships with existing partners, and develop new suppliers. Rationalize the construction supplier team structure.

2 . Conduct relevant market research, price negotiations, and regular settlements.

  1. Coordinate various matters between subcontractors, leasing suppliers, and the project department during the construction process, and promptly meet the construction needs of the project department.

  2. Assist in optimizing the current procurement management (subcontracting & leasing) system to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  3. Conduct data analysis: Regularly conduct data analysis, implement cost control, and analyze the usage of funds.

  4. Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on project requirements, specifications, and quality standards.

  5. Draft, review, and finalize contracts and agreements with selected vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Course
  • Minimum of at least 6 month of relevant work experience​​​
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
