JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Procurement Manager – Operations and General is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services essential to support the requirements and ensure the smooth operation of all functional areas of the Company. The role oversees supplier relationships and collaborates closely with internal teams to meet procurement requirements efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of procurement and vendor management experience

· Knowledge of telecom infrastructure (towers, power systems) and procurement processes.

· Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement platforms, and advanced Excel for cost analysis and forecasting; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.

· Expertise in bid evaluation and cost optimization techniques.

· Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.

· Ability to make fast, effective decisions in time-sensitive situations.
