A leading player in the consumer goods sector is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of raw materials. This role is critical in ensuring supply continuity, cost efficiency, and qualitysupporting high-impact brands trusted by millions.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Sourcing

    Lead the procurement of key raw materials, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and supply stability.
  • Supplier Management

    Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning teams to align procurement activities with production needs and innovation pipelines.
  • Cost & Risk Management

    Monitor commodity trends, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Optimize procurement spend while maintaining quality standards.
  • Compliance & Sustainability

    Ensure procurement practices align with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a strong focus on raw materials.
  • Background in FMCG or food manufacturing is required.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in working within a highly regulated and quality-driven environment.
