About the role

We are seeking passionate and driven Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at AMEHAN INTERNATIONAL JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES' in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing efficient and effective support
  2. Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Accurately documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously enhance your skills

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer needs
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with customer service best practices and call center operations
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
