About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a full-time Call Center agent to join their team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Call Center agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, either with or without BPO experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
