About the role

NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.' is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team in our Angeles City, Pampanga location. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Whether you have previous call center experience or are new to the industry, we encourage you to apply.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  3. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
  4. Documenting all customer interactions and following up as necessary
  5. Adhering to call handling procedures and quality standards
  6. Participating in training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  6. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
