About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time role based in Mandaue City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Contributing to a positive team environment

  • Proficiency in English and the local language
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre setting
