Looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced call centre environment? FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Call Center agent in their Angeles City Pampanga office. As a Call Center agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on the company's products and services
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  4. Documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the maritime industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
