Job description:

The Human Resources Assistant will cover the following areas:

1) Recruitment and On Boarding

2) Training and Organizational Development

3) Compensation and Benefit

4) Employment Engagement

5) ISO Implementation

6) Health and Safety

7) Other Special Project assigned

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely deployment of qualified manpower based on the approval timeline and ensuring the timely documentation of all recruitment activities.

  2. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description

  3. Conducts interview and prepares job offer for all position.

  4. Assists in the implementation of an effective recruitment programs such as job postings in all recruitment platforms, testing and interview to attract, acquire, engage and retain best talents in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices, data privacy, employee and labor relations.

  6. Assisting with development programs and training manuals based on the training need.

  7. Assist in implementation the Performance Management program in coordination with the Department Heads.

  8. Assist in implementation of employee benefit programs.

  9. Checks and verifies payroll register prior to payout in coordination with FAD.

  10. Coordinates with the government agencies such as the DOLE, Municipal Office, Bureau of Working Conditions, SSS, Pag-ibig, BIR and Philhealth.

  11. Organizes and directs activities such as town halls, general assemblies, Annual summer outing and Christmas party and recognition / awarding events

  12. Assist in implementation of Health and Safety Programs and preparation of government report and compliances.

  13. Assist in the documentation required for discipline of employees.

  14. Prepares minutes of the meeting .

  15. Implements other special projects which may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to be trained and open to learning HR processes and systems
  • Can take full responsibility of all HR Function
  • Knowledge in Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Experience in Recruitment and Candidate Pooling
  • Basic understanding of Labor Laws and HR Policies

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months
