HR Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating employee training programs and orientations
- Prepare training schedules, attendance sheets, and training materials
- Coordinate with trainers, department heads, and external training providers
- Maintain training records, reports, and employee training files
- Assist in training needs analysis and evaluation of training effectiveness
- Support onboarding and company-wide learning initiatives
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in HR, training, or administrative work (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn and support employee development programs
