Translator/ Assistant to the General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
· Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
· Facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and suppliers.
· Maintain records, files, and confidential information with discretion.
· Support business operations, project coordination, and follow-up tasks.
· Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
· years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant role or fresh graduate
· Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
· Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
