OnSpot is growing, and we're looking for a
Junior IT Administrator
who's excited to work hands-on with
systems administration, SaaS integrations, APIs, SSO, and automation
that support both admin and employee tools. This role is ideal for early-career IT professionals who want real exposure to
modern IT operations and scalable systems
.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Provide Level 1–2 IT support for on-site and remote employees
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Create, manage, and audit user accounts across multiple SaaS platforms
  • Assist with
    system integrations
    between employee and admin tools using built-in connectors and APIs
  • Support
    SSO and identity access management
    (user roles, permissions, MFA basics)
  • Assist with
    automation workflows
    for onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and basic network issues
  • Assist with system updates, backups, and endpoint security monitoring
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, access controls, and technical documentation

Systems, Tools & Concepts You'll Be Exposed To

  • Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
  • HRIS, payroll, time-tracking, and internal admin systems
  • CRM and project management platforms
  • APIs, webhooks, and SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
  • Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and identity lifecycle management
  • Automation tools and no-code / low-code workflows

Technical Skills We're Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of
    Windows and macOS environments
  • Foundational networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and permission structures
  • Understanding of
    security best practices
    (least privilege, access control)
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and logical thinking skills
