Job Description:

The Junior Auditor will support the company's audit operations by evaluating internal controls, analyzing financial and operational records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves preparing audit reports, identifying risks, and assisting in recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent audits or assist Senior Auditors during audit engagements.
  • Lead or support audit planning, fieldwork, testing, and documentation.
  • Review documents related to risk management, operational processes, and financial transactions.
  • Perform operational and financial analysis to identify variances and discrepancies.
  • Prepare complete and accurate audit reports and summarize findings for management.
  • Participate in nationwide travels for audit work when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to audit standards, confidentiality, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of audit experience (internal or external).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
  • Must be willing to undergo training in Manila (with allowance) for several weeks.
  • Willing to be deployed in the Cebu area after training.
