Position Summary

Raízen Asia PTE LTD is looking for an entry-level
Junior Analyst / Administrative Operator
to support our ethanol terminal operations in Subic Bay. This role focuses on basic documentation, data recording, and coordination tasks. No experience is required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and file documents for deliveries, vessel arrivals, and daily operations.
  • Record inventory data and update simple spreadsheets or logs.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, and internal teams regarding schedules and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing basic daily and weekly reports.
  • Support general office tasks such as communication, scheduling, and document control.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (business, engineering, or related fields preferred).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word).
  • Good communication skills, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Interest in logistics, operations, or supply chain work.
  • Ability to handle simple data and documents accurately.
