Job Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving store sales goals by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining smooth daily operations. The position requires strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively, ensure visually appealing and organized displays, and manage inventory to support consistent product availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Maintain organized, attractive store displays in accordance with merchandising standards.
  • Track inventory levels and assist in preparing purchase orders for timely stock replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of retail sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
