JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations using product knowledge
  • Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked merchandise displays and store areas
  • Contribute to sales targets by applying effective selling techniques
  • Participate in promotional events and help produce content for social media marketing
  • Provide attentive post-sale support to encourage repeat business
  • Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports as required
  • Assist store leaders with daily operations and sales progress tracking

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail sales environment (required)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel

  • Experience in e-commerce or live selling is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, holidays, and for rotating shifts
