Full Job Description

  • Submit regular reports and documentation to management
  • Must oversees financial management and budgeting for financial reports
  • Manage the homeowners association and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Meet the monthly target collection of association dues and other assessment to ensure the availability of funds for the operation of the community.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolves owner complaints and recommend remedial action.
  • Provided fast and efficient services to all home owners by ensuring that concerns are attended on a timely manner.
  • Regular inspection of the entire premises
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Establish good relation with neighboring communities, organization and local government units.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to travel
  • Proven work experience as Property Manager with HOA Management Experience
  • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
  • Valid real estate agent/broker license
  • Well organized with excellent management skills
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Customer focus and bottom line orientation
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
