Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Quezon City. The Sales Executive will handle customer relationships, generate and follow up on leads, identify customer needs, and offer product solutions that align with customer requirements. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends. The role requires maintaining detailed records of sales activities and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Knowledge of Market Trends and the ability to conduct Market Research
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple sales tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with timber, wood, or construction industries is an advantage
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-focused role is highly beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
