Your Role

  • The
    Litigation Assistant
    is responsible for Assist in processing of accounts for litigation – Auto loans, such as preparation of draft complaints, and filing of Extra Judicial Foreclosure, replevin, Sum of Money, BP 22, collection case, criminal and other complaints in court. Assist in the implementation of Orders, Resolutions, Writs and Decisions issued by the Courts and other government agencies in the cases, complaints and legal actions of the Bank; and Liaise with bond providers for immediate posting of replevin bond; Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

How can you contribute

  • Preparation of draft complaints and petition for sum of money, replevin, petition for foreclosure, or small claims complaints,
  • Filing of complaints, answer, reply and all pleadings in Court and other agencies of the government as maybe assigned by the Head of Litigation Unit;
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Courts for filing and / or follow-ups of status and updates of cases of the bank,
  • Assists the Head of Litigation Unit in the implementation and execution of the Orders, resolutions and decisions of the courts in the cases of the Bank such as but not limited to coordination with the process server, sheriff, and other officers of the Court,
  • Submit /deliver the Bid Price and represents the Bank in the Bidding/Auction Sale of Auto/Chattel
  • Processes and effects payment of fees and deliver the corresponding receipt thereat for the bank's files.

Your Profile

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science of Bachelor of Arts
  • With at least one (1) year relevant work experience
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office
