About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at Corporate Visions Inc. This is a full-time, virtual role based in Cebu Central Visayas. As a CSR, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to better serve our customers

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the BPO industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  5. Adaptable and comfortable working in a virtual environment
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
