About the role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimising and maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with the company's business objectives. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Administering and configuring the Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of the business
  2. Developing and implementing custom workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance user experience and data visibility
  3. Providing ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring efficient adoption and utilisation of the platform
  4. Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Salesforce system
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Salesforce-based solutions that drive business performance
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve the platform
  7. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and processes to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of the Salesforce environment

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
  2. Proven proficiency in configuring and customising the Salesforce platform, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex business challenges
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support Salesforce users
  5. Familiarity with Salesforce security, user management, and data integration concepts
  6. Certification in Salesforce Administration or a related field is preferred
  7. A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation
