As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to strengthen our Finance team.

About the Role

The Accounting Staff will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting overall accounting operations. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about numbers, reporting accuracy, and contributing to efficient financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, organize, and maintain financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely recording and reconciliation.
• Assist in processing reimbursements, payroll support, and other financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• File, secure, and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department.
• Assist in audits, compliance checks, and internal reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of accounting systems, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.
