Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting operations and support our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Mentor and guide accounting staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
