About the Role

The Project-In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of architectural and engineering projects—from planning and design to execution and completion. This role requires a Licensed Architect who can lead project teams, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. Acting as the main point of coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, the Project-In-Charge ensures seamless communication, risk management, and successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities
  • Lead overall project execution, design management, and construction coordination
  • Ensure strict adherence to company standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes
  • Monitor progress, quality assurance, and project costs
  • Prepare and review project reports, documentation, and technical deliverables
  • Supervise project teams and provide technical direction
  • Manage client relationships and resolve project concerns effectively

Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect (PRC) – mandatory
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years' project management or construction supervision experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, Compressed Work Week (Saturday half-day)
  • Onsite – MOA Complex, Pasay City
