Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Enterprise Architect
with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise, business, or data architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to design and deliver enterprise-level blueprints, business glossaries, and architecture artifacts in large-scale organizations. This role requires a blend of
strategic thinking

stakeholder engagement skills
to ensure architecture solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enterprise-level architecture blueprints, conceptual models, and business glossaries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture initiatives with business goals and operational needs.
  • Develop conceptual and logical models to support enterprise architecture strategies.
  • Document and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and resolve architecture-related issues.
  • Ensure architectural designs consider scalability, security, compliance, and performance.
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of enterprise information architecture and data governance principles.
  • Support alignment between business processes, information flows, and technology landscapes.
  • Operate effectively in environments with or without formal architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years
    of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or business architecture roles.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-level blueprints and business glossaries in large organizations.
  • Strong background in conceptual and logical modeling.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of
    business domains
    ,
    information architecture
    , and
    data governance principles
    .
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with the
    TOGAF framework
    (preferred but not required).

Work Setup: Hybrid Setu (2 to 3x RTO)
